Vending at the Brazos Valley Farmers' Market...

The Brazos Valley Farmers’ Market is accepting applications for annual and daily vendors! To maintain some sort of balance in our Market we reserve the right limit the number of vendors, to avoid product repetition.

All members (and day-vendors) must be able to prove that they actually produce the product that they propose to sell. An inspection of your farm is mandatory and you are subject to approval from the Executive Committee. (Inspector(s) shall be designated by the EC). Please plan accordingly.

Vendors (and day-vendors) will not be able to participate in Brazos Valley Farmers’ Market until their information has been reviewed and approved by the BVFM Executive Committee.

You must allow for up to 14 business days for the review and approval process. (it does not usually take this long, but please be prepared)

Membership is open to individuals who Grow, produce or cultivate in the following counties:

  • Brazos
  • Burleson
  • Grimes
  • Leon
  • Madison
  • Milam
  • Robertson
  • Washington

*Daily vendors are subject to the same specifications as annual members.

Note: The application is four pages. Please print page three (3) and page four (4) on separate pages. (not front and back). If the application is received this way, a member of the Executive Committee will ask you to re-sign your document after it has been reprinted.

Annual Membership Dues

Our goal is to process all annual applications before February 15 of each year.
If you are an annual member, please submit your application as soon as possible.

$75 – When you apply and pay before February 15th

$100 – When paid after February 15th


Single Day Vendor Passes*

$25 – Due at beginning of Market

*Daily vendors are subject to the same specifications as annual members.
