BCS Chicken Christopher Jagge Are you happy with store-bought chicken? Christopher Jagge wasn't, so in 2014 he asked a friend if he could use his barn to raise a few broilers. He wanted full control over all aspects from feed to slaughter. After harvest Christopher immediately noticed that the meat smelled 'fresh' and was dry to the touch compared to store bought. It roasted nicely and retained a full 'chicken' flavor. Christopher offers the same high-quality, wholesome chicken to his neighbors and customers at the Farmers Market. He has available: pasture-raised, non-GMO, non-soy chicken (whole, halves, parts). Come taste the difference!

Lonesome Pine Farm Dave Hall Dave Hall bought his ranch because his wife, Joy is an avid Sheep dog trainer and judge, judging trials and competes all over the United States. Being a very good cook, Joy noticed all the hot French chefs use only duck eggs when baking. Suddenly, Dave had three dozen hybrid ducks on his pond. Typically, they can lay up to 300 eggs per year, but his ducks are free range, they only lay a couple hundred a year. Dave, “Duck Egg Man” Hall’s duck eggs are the best around!

Royal Oaks Alpacas Donna LaMarche Donna and family started raising Alpacas in 2003. This was a decision made after their son had a traumatic brain injury following a car accident in 1999. Falling in love with the animals because of their gentle nature was not a difficult task, plus their son was be able to help and they would not have to be concerned about him getting hurt. Their Alpacas have fiber as soft as Cashmere and spinners, weavers and knitters alike love to use their fiber. The alpacas are sheared once a year. From this they sell the raw fiber as well as fiber that has been turned into roving, batts, and yarn, as well as handmade items made from the alpaca fiber such as scarves, dryer balls and soap that has been felted using hand-dyed fiber, and hand-dyed silk scarves that we die themselves.
