BCS Chicken Christopher Jagge Are you happy with store-bought chicken? Christopher Jagge wasn't, so in 2014 he asked a friend if he could use his barn to raise a few broilers. He wanted full control over all aspects from feed to slaughter. After harvest Christopher immediately noticed that the meat smelled 'fresh' and was dry to the touch compared to store bought. It roasted nicely and retained a full 'chicken' flavor. Christopher offers the same high-quality, wholesome chicken to his neighbors and customers at the Farmers Market. He has available: pasture-raised, non-GMO, non-soy chicken (whole, halves, parts). Come taste the difference!
